Mind blowing! Followed directions. Left it on for an hour. Artist removed cover and wiped off. Was a good 3hours of TOTAL COMFORT, after 3 you could definitely tell when it wore off.
Posterior knee tattie on a tender gal, she didn't feel anything until 90min in! Then with a spritz she was back to the OG "just feeling vibration" state.

As we were working on some upper arm tattoos, we wrapped both of her elbows for the hour, she was so surprised that she didnt feel a thing!!!!

I used Painless Picasso to get my first tattoo, as I’m terrified of needles and not a big fan of pain neither, it worked so well I’m already planning for my second tattoo, highly recommend this product. Used the cream and a lidocaine patch on top of it for an hour, worked very well and I’ll be using it for any and all future tattoos !
Doing my full back right now at the shop and my artist is using this spray. Wow. Amazing. Softens the blow from the impact and definitely absorbs any pain and make this more tolerable. I’m doing a full body suit and the back is just going smooth so far. Amazing. And y’all from Brooklyn my ol stompin grounds. Gotta show support !
