All free shipping orders are shipped via USPS Ground form our East Coast location within 3–5 business days of order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier conditions.

If you require expedited shipping, please contact us prior to placing your order so we can provide available options and pricing.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make changes to the shipping method or delivery address.

You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been fulfilled. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Painless Picasso is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly before reaching out to us for further assistance.
