Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

By selecting a subscription or recurring purchase option, you agree to automatic billing at the selected delivery frequency.

Subscription Management

You may modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account portal. Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment.

Order Processing

Once an order (including subscription renewals) has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may request a return in accordance with our Return Policy after delivery.

Failed Payments

If a recurring payment fails, we may attempt to process the payment again. If payment is not successfully completed, your subscription may be paused or canceled.

Pricing & Availability

We reserve the right to update pricing, product availability, or subscription benefits at any time. Customers will be notified of any material changes affecting active subscriptions.
